The lawyer
Competence and responsiveness in the service of public law
Paris & Toulouse Bars
LP Avocat
Registered at the Paris and Toulouse Bars
Specialising in public law since the beginning of my career, I have chosen to focus my practice on disputes between citizens, civil servants and businesses on one side, and public authorities on the other. This is not an arbitrary choice: public law is where the balance between the general interest and individual rights is decided.
My expertise was forged at the highest levels of the French legal and administrative system: the Conseil d'État, the Cour de cassation and the Conseil constitutionnel, as well as within the Secrétariat général du Gouvernement and a ministerial cabinet. This experience at the heart of the State gives me an intimate knowledge of how public authorities work — a decisive advantage when defending your rights.
A prize-winner at Université Panthéon-Assas (University competition award), I completed my training with a specialist programme at the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute, leading to my qualification as a sports agent lawyer (avocat mandataire sportif). This dual background — high-level public law and sports law — enriches my approach to cases at the intersection of these disciplines.
As a lecturer at Université Toulouse Capitole, I share my public law practice with master's students. This teaching commitment, driven by a genuine interest in passing on knowledge, in turn sharpens the rigour and precision I bring to every case.
I also completed the three-year training programme delivered by the IFRAC (Institut de formation et de recherche des avocats aux Conseils — the training and research institute for lawyers practising before the supreme courts), as part of my collaboration with avocats au Conseil d'État et à la Cour de cassation. This demanding programme, specifically designed for practice before the highest courts, gave me a thorough command of the particular requirements of cassation proceedings and applications for annulment before the Conseil d'État.
Registered at the Paris Bar — the largest in France — and at the Toulouse Bar, I appear before all administrative courts across the country: administrative tribunals, administrative courts of appeal, and the Conseil d'État.
My approach rests on two guiding principles: competence and responsiveness. Competence, because every case demands an irreproachable technical mastery of public law. Responsiveness, because deadlines in administrative litigation are often tight and your defence cannot wait.
Competence
Expertise forged at the highest courts and institutions of the French State — Conseil d'État, Cour de cassation, Conseil constitutionnel, Secrétariat général du Gouvernement, ministerial cabinet. Every case benefits from rigorous analysis and a strategy built on deep knowledge of public law.
Responsiveness
In public law, deadlines are often mandatory: interim relief, pre-contractual injunctions, challenges to planning permissions. The firm commits to analysing your situation promptly and acting without delay, without ever compromising the quality of your defence.

The firm handles advisory work and litigation across the full spectrum of public law.
Legal analysis, written opinions, preventive project support, and decision-making risk management — before any dispute arises.
Representation before administrative tribunals, administrative courts of appeal, the Conseil d'État, the Conseil constitutionnel, and all competent courts.
Drafting intervention briefs before the Conseil constitutionnel and the Conseil d'État, allowing third parties to inform the court of the broader implications of a case without being a party to the proceedings.
